About Coach Rae Wayne
RAE WAYNE started her Los Angeles real estate career in 1986 and in 1990 formed a partnership with veteran agent Judy Sheller. Rae and Judy we were pioneers in building a Real Estate Team (unheard of at the time) as well as building a brand with a trademarked name. Together they built one of the most successful real estate partnerships in the country. Throughout the 1990's and 2000's "The Bizzy Blondes" were at the top of the industry with record breaking production. Rae and Judy were among the first to hire Licensed Assistants and Buyer Agents, as well as developing systems, check lists, job descriptions, employment contracts and team sales agent agreements. For many years "The Bizzy Blondes" production ranged from $80M to $90M/year... and in 2004 they exceeded $100M in sales, garnering national recognition and awards.

In addition to servicing clients AND running a successful real estate team, Rae developed a passion for teaching and training. She's been a featured Speaker at numerous real estate conferences and conventions (Prudential, Re/Max and Keller Williams Realty), often in front of thousands of people.
For Rae and Judy, the purpose in building a real estate Team was to build an actual business -- one with high level agents and staff under their wing -- one that didn't depend solely on their own efforts. Rae often speaks of her goal to OWN A BUSINESS, NOT A JOB.

In 2005 in addition to her growing speaking career, Rae became a Professional Business Coach and Consultant while she continued to sell real estate AND oversee her "Bizzy Blondes" operation. In the following years Rae was able to spend less time in real estate sales and more time speaking and coaching. She's helped hundreds of top producing agents increase their production and achieve balance in their life.

In 2009 after years of study, Rae was accepted as a Master Faculty Trainer for Keller Williams Realty.

In 2011 Rae became a Certified JOHN MAXWELL Speaker, Trainer and Coach. She was in the first group to be approved for this honor and is considered a Founding Member of the program.

By 2012 she was able to remove herself entirely from real estate sales. Rae Wayne is living proof that a realtor can build a Team, an organization, with the right foundation, systems and people... and then STEP AWAY from day-to-day real estate sales, yet still receive an income stream. For over a decade while Rae's focus was traveling, speaking and coaching, "The Bizzy Blondes" team remained at the top of their market.

In 2015 Rae and Judy sold "The Bizzy Blondes" -receiving a six-figure sum upfront as well as future residual income.

PERSONAL INFO:
Rae met her husband GLENN NEELY in 2004 and they married in 2012. She instantly gained 2 amazing stepsons and now has 2 adorable grandchildren. After being a lifetime Southern California Girl and selling property throughout Santa Monica, Brentwood, Westwood, Beverly Hills, Venice, Marina del Rey and more... in 2016 Rae and Glenn bought a beach house on the Florida Gulf. What started as a vacation home became their permanent residence in 2018. She is proud to be an official Floridian.
Rae is 100% debt-free: no mortgages, no car payments. She's passionate about Financial Planning and practices what she preaches. Glenn and Rae exercise regularly, enjoy healthy food with good wine, and for fun you'll find them at restaurants, concerts, or out on their boat. Their favorite vacation spots are Mexico, Lake Tahoe, Las Vegas and they take several cruises a year. Rae's father and stepmother still live in Los Angeles, and her mother and stepfather are in Tucson, Arizona.

I've been working as a Speaker/Trainer since the 1990's and became a Business Coach and Consultant in 2005. Judy and I always believed in coaching; we had excellent Real Estate and Business Coaches throughout our career. We could NOT have built our empire without them; as no one succeeds alone! (We were especially blessed when we joined Keller Williams Realty in late 2001 as Gary Keller himself offered to personally work with us. Gary Keller was our personal Coach from 2002 to 2007 and it was life changing.) For those of you familiar with the Keller Williams platforms, I worked with MAPS Coaching from 2009 through 2019 and I was one of the first BOLD Coaches, traveling and delivering the BOLD content from 2009 to 2011. I am also a Certified JOHN MAXWELL Speaker, Trainer and Coach. I still remain a Master Faculty Trainer with Keller Williams Realty to this day.
